Backend Developer (Laravel)

We are hiring a Backend Developer with strong Laravel experience to build and maintain scalable web applications for our hiring and business platforms. You will work on REST APIs, database design, authentication, background jobs, and third-party integrations. You will collaborate with frontend developers and product teams to deliver secure, high-performance systems.

- Design and develop RESTful APIs using Laravel - Build and optimize MySQL schemas, migrations, and queries - Implement authentication, RBAC, and secure endpoints - Develop queues, jobs, and scheduled tasks - Integrate payment, email, SMS, and AI services - Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews - Debug production issues and improve performance

- 1-3 years PHP & Laravel experience - Strong MySQL and Eloquent ORM skills - REST API development experience - Git and collaborative workflow - Knowledge of queues, jobs, validation, file uploads - Laravel 10/11+ preferred - GitHub or project portfolio required
